About Kirsty
I work with teens and adults to help them build confidence, self-efficacy, clarity about their goals and identity, and a sense of overall personal mental and emotional well-being.
I run my own private coaching practice, and I work with schools to deliver group and 1:1 workshops.
I have three years experience as a Secondary School teacher, four years within therapeutic services and mental health, and I hold a degree in Psychology and Masters in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.

I teach and coach in a holistic and person-centred approach, meaning that I take into account your personal goals, skills and interests to tailor our lessons to suit you as an individual. I teach the Psychology of human growth, flourishing and wellbeing as a theory, before giving you practical and actionable steps to work towards your goals and improve your quality of life. I aim to make all of my lessons fun, interesting, and I employ a modern approach to engage all of my students.
We will begin a lesson or coaching session by identifying your goals and what you'd like to develop. I will then hold the space to explore your ideas, thoughts, and barriers whilst providing you with expert psychological insight and guidance. We will end the session by determining your next steps in your life to make tangible steps towards your bigger goals.
