About Sairah
I am an anti-bullying consultant and specialist; life and health coach; public speaker; author; fitness professional and adjunct professor of Sociology and Fitness, Exercise and Sports. I have my own small anti-bullying organization and coaching business. I have published 3 books and several articles in my area of practice.

My teaching method is based around one on one telephonic based coaching sessions - usually running for 90 day programs around specific areas from health to career, bullying to relationships. My services are provided to both adults and young people. My teaching services also are based around group sessions with a full based curriculum and physical activity.
