About April Joy

Hello! My name is April Joy Abao, and I am a Licensed Professional Teacher with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a 120-hour TEFL Certification. I have more than two years of experience teaching English online to students of different ages, backgrounds, and proficiency levels.

My goal is to help students build confidence and achieve their learning objectives in a supportive and encouraging environment. I specialize in English language instruction, including grammar, reading, vocabulary, pronunciation, conversational English, and communication skills. About the lesson

My teaching methodology is student-centered, interactive, and tailored to each learner's needs. I use a combination of guided practice, discussions, reading activities, vocabulary building, pronunciation exercises, and real-life examples to make learning engaging and effective. I encourage active participation and provide constructive feedback to help students gain confidence and improve continuously.

A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although shorter or longer sessions can be arranged depending on the student's goals and availability.

I am a Licensed Professional Teacher with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a 120-hour TEFL Certification. I have more than two years of experience teaching English online to students from various backgrounds and proficiency levels.
