About Shruthi
Hi, I’m Shruthi, a Year 12 student currently studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Economics. I'm passionate about helping younger students feel more confident in their learning.
Having recently completed my GCSEs, I understand how stressful exams can feel and how important it is to have explanations that are clear, patient and easy to follow. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, as this is often the best way to improve.
My lessons are structured, focused and tailored to each student’s needs. Whether a student wants to strengthen their understanding, improve exam technique or build confidence, I will help them work towards their goals in a calm and encouraging way.

My tutoring approach is clear, supportive and exam-focused. I start by identifying the student’s strengths and weaker areas, then explain topics step by step using examples before moving on to guided practice and exam-style questions.
Lessons typically last 1 hour and are tailored to each student’s needs, whether they need help with homework, topic revision, confidence or exam technique.
I am a Year 12 student studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Economics. As someone who has recently completed GCSEs, I understand the course, exam pressure and common mistakes students make.
My lessons are mainly for Year 7–11 students, especially those preparing for GCSE Maths at Foundation or Higher level.
