About Amy
I am an a-level student currently studying psychology, sociology and English, I do not have a degree yet however attained an A in English maths and science at GCSE therefore can tutor the younger years. I am also an aspiring teacher and have helped out with lower year classes during my sixth from experience

My teaching method is fun, I will offer a range of activities as opposed to just expecting students to write things down continuously, these can include quizzes, educational games, etc. This will help keep students engaged and willing to learn. I will also debrief at the end of the lesson, a discussion will take place about the topic and what the student struggled with and what they enjoyed; this will help plan my next lesson, being aware of what elements I need to go over with the student. I am also a compassionate person, I love utilising my knowledge to educate and help people. It is rewarding for me to help others understand things, to progress and to succeed!
