About Ollie
I am currently studying A-level Physics, Biology, and Maths at college, where I have developed a strong passion for understanding how the sciences work and sharing that knowledge with others. I enjoy helping students overcome challenges and find confidence in subjects that may initially seem difficult.
Alongside my academic studies, I have gained valuable experience supporting others through assisting with karate and kickboxing classes. This has helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain techniques and concepts clearly to people of different abilities. I bring this same approach to tutoring, creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and improving their understanding.

I offer friendly, patient, and engaging GCSE Biology tutoring for students of all abilities. Having recently completed the GCSE Biology course myself and achieved a strong understanding of the specification, I know which topics students often find most challenging and how to explain them in a clear, straightforward way.
My lessons are typically 60 minutes long and are structured around the student's goals, whether that's improving confidence, mastering difficult concepts, or preparing for upcoming exams. I focus on building a solid understanding before reinforcing learning with exam-style questions, mark scheme techniques, and effective revision strategies to help students maximise their grades.
