About Emma
My name is Emma and I am a recent graduate of Newcastle University with a BSc in Psychology. I have chosen to do tutoring to help students improve and move up grades with one-on-one time you don't get while in a classroom. As I did my A-levels not too long ago, I really understand the pressures of the final years of school and believe my methods and teaching style can really boost a child's potential in Psychology. I also studied Biology and English Language at A-level and so I have a deep understanding of the biological modules required and the techniques of essay writing required for top grades.

My approach is really designed to match the student and what they require from the lessons. Whether it's testing and revising, explaining topics in a slower and more personalised way, marking answers to give the correct improvement, or a combination of everything. Typically lessons would range from an hour to an hour and a half. Having done my A-levels only 4 years ago I also have plenty of advice on revision techniques, exam preparation and coping methods for dealing with stress during such a hard time for students.
