About Sam
My name is Sam, I'm an undergraduate at the University of Bristol studying a master's degree in aerospace engineering. I graduated college as a top student and achieved the highest grades at A level studying maths, further maths, physics and chemistry and achieved a gold in the British Physics Olympiad (BPhO). I achieved my Arkwright engineering scholarship at age 16 showcasing my potential as a future leader in engineering society. I'm excited to help students achieve the best possible grades through clear communication and teamwork.

My approach to teaching relies on active recall and spaced repetition, enabling students to work through content and problem sheets and actively engaging promotes greater retention and understanding of content. I have tutored A level maths for 2 years and a typical lesson is 1 hour. I tutor A level maths, further maths and physics as well as GCSE maths (higher and foundation) and physics.
