About Shika
I am currently in Year 13 studying A level Biology, Chemistry and Maths and hoping to pursue a career in Medicine! I have a little bit of tutoring experience where I was the teaching assistant in a science class of 30 students which I really enjoyed and therefore I would love to continue tutoring in my spare time.

I would love to give lessons to those sitting GCSEs exams or below in biology, chemistry and maths as I believe I can use my knowledge of the new GCSE course as well as methods that proved beneficial in my revision and learning to help further boost a students grade and allow them to reach their maximum potential. Being a student myself, I definitely feel that it is easier for a tutee to relate to me, (and probably a little less daunting!) giving them a comfortable environment to learn, what can in places be a challenging course. As for how I would structure a lesson, everyone has different styles of learning that suit them best so I would like to work with the student to devise a study plan that fulfils their requirements.
