I have always been way too overloaded with life, work, school, commitments and activities. As a tri-sport athlete growing up, I am now an active yogi and business owner who understands the weight of stress and how to manage it to let your best finally SHINE through. The chaos doesn’t have to control us! With mindfulness techniques, organization, exercise and more, we can have you feeling recharged and ready to conquer everything that has been stressing you out.

I encourage stress management by listening. Listening to what is on your mind because that’s the first step to breaking down that stress piece by piece. Once we listen, we can develop a plan and practice new, simple techniques and habits to find you and be more mindful, which innately combates the stressors too!
