About Kathline
I am a certified English teacher with a Level 5 TEFL qualification, and I have experience working with students from diverse backgrounds, both in-person and online. My teaching journey began in the UK where I supported students in special educational needs (SEN) settings and later expanded into sports therapy and coaching — fields that deepened my understanding of motivation, communication, and personalised learning. I’ve since transitioned into English language instruction, where I focus on a communicative and student-centred methodology. My lessons are practical, engaging, and designed to build confidence through real-world conversation, listening, speaking, and grammar activities. I adapt my approach to each learner’s level, goals, and interests, with a strong emphasis on cultural awareness and positive reinforcement. In addition to my TEFL certification, I hold extensive experience working in multicultural environments, which helps me connect with learners from around the world. I specialise in conversational English, everyday vocabulary, and pronunciation, while also helping learners develop their reading and writing skills. Above all, my goal is to create a safe and encouraging space for students to express themselves, make progress, and enjoy the journey of learning English.
