About John
I’m John Fitzgerald, 45 years old now but I first picked up the guitar at 11. I could hardly tune a guitar until a professional took my money for lessons. You don’t need a pro for that in this YouTube age we live in. What I do think budding artists need is an ear to listen and a guide to help figure out where they’d like to go with the guitar. Let me help with that.

I’ve been playing and teaching guitar for over 20 years now, using basic techniques and developing ears for sound. Let me help you! I won’t try to make you read music, I will give you finger exercises and chord diagrams, I will ask you what you want to play and get you there fast, loud or soft you’ll play what you like and impress yourself after every lesson.
