About Lenka
Hi, I’m Lenka, an expat mom living in Dublin and founder of Epic Mom Coach. EPIC stands for Empower, Purpose, Inspire, and Clarity — values that guide my mission to help moms. I know firsthand how overwhelming motherhood can be. Juggling relationships, responsibilities, and self-care can make you feel like you’re losing control—but it doesn’t have to be this way. That’s why I created EPIC coaching: a framework to empower you, help you rediscover your purpose, and bring clarity to your relationships and life.

I create a positive and non-judgmental environment that fosters curiosity, self-confidence, and a love for learning. I use positive psychology, powerful questioning and mirroring to guide us through the sessions.
Sessions are usually 60 minutes via Google Meet.
