About Melanie
I am a lecturer at the school of Computer science at the University of Birmingham and my research focuses on assistive robotics and processing of pathological speech. I was previously a postdoc at Imperial College London, University of Waterloo, Canada and Universite de Lorraine, France. I like tutoring students and helping them achieve their full potential.

I will adapt the methodology of the lesson to the student's needs and the topic, e.g. if help is needed with programming, the lesson will be more hands-off and we'll go over the code to see what works and what doesn't.
