About Emma
I currently work part time at a local college and have seen the need to offer flexible approaches to learning and developing skills to aid in the student journey. I have mainly worked one to one with students, offering guidance and support. I do offer this as a group option too, which works well and allows for affordability and peer support.

My experience is based on the curriculum for excellence structure, with insight into the structure, marking and achievement criteria. I have worked collaboratively with a team to develop a degree and solely developed degree modules. This allows me to unpack information for a student and help them to build their own understanding. This method is effective and it can be applied to any subject so is a life long skill they take away.
