About Kate
I was educated entirely through Irish, which has given me a strong understanding and natural fluency in the language. Having recently completed my Leaving Certificate with excellent results, I understand both the content and the challenges students face in preparing for exams. I want to share my knowledge in a supportive and approachable way, helping students build confidence and achieve their goals in Irish. Teaching allows me to pass on not only the language but also a love for the culture and identity it carries.

My name is Kate, and I offer high-quality Irish oral grinds for Leaving Cert students of all levels. I’ve been educated entirely through Irish, received a H1 in Higher Level Irish, and I’m currently taking Irish modules at university level. I’m also an active member of my college's Cumann Gaelach, where I help promote the language through events and conversation groups.
Whether you're struggling with the sráith pictiúr, need help preparing for the oral exam, or just want to boost your fluency and confidence, I can help you succeed — in a relaxed, supportive, and fully Irish-speaking environment.
