I'm a chef with 30 years of cooking experience, and I absolutely love cooking! I've ever worked in 4-star hotels. I can teach you to make all kinds of home-style Chinese dishes, dumplings, Jiaozi and Baozi, from simple to complex. I'll also share with you some key tips for cooking Chinese food. You can tell me which dish you want to learn, and I’ll teach you alternatively, I have 5 recommended dishes for you: Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes, Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables, Kung Pao Chicken, Sautéed Greens with Shiitake Mushrooms, and Mapo Tofu. You’ll master one dish in just one class!
