Learning French in a non-French-speaking country taught me something important: progress does not depend on location, it depends on the type of content you consume and how you consume it. Because I had to figure out what truly works, my teaching approach is practical, structured, and results-driven. At the end of each session, my students learn something new and have key takeaways from the lesson.
My lessons are tailored to each student. I begin by assessing your current level, goals, and learning style. Whether you are preparing for the TEF, building conversational fluency, or starting from scratch, I create a clear roadmap to guide your progress.
A typical lesson includes:
Review of previous material
Introduction of new vocabulary or structures
Guided speaking practice
Real-life application exercises
Clear feedback and correction
I place strong emphasis on speaking and sentence formation from the very beginning, because language is learned through use. At the same time, I ensure grammar is explained clearly and simply in English, so concepts are fully understood rather than memorized.
Since I speak English and Urdu fluently, I am able to explain complex ideas in a way that feels accessible and natural to students from diverse backgrounds. I also encourage improvement of French pronunciation as I speak French with a native / authentic accent.
I also teach students how to make effective use of free learning platforms and tools, so they can continue improving independently outside of class. My goal is not just to teach during lessons, but to equip you with the skills and strategies to progress confidently on your own.
