About Paul

I’m a native French speaker who has been living in London for the past 3 years. Learning a new language can be challenging—I know this firsthand from my own experience with English. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others learn French in a way that is both supportive and tailored to their needs.

When I was younger, I taught Math to students as a way to earn money. Over time, I discovered how much I enjoyed teaching and helping others understand difficult subjects. This experience inspired me to continue teaching, and now I want to bring that same enthusiasm to French lessons here in London.

As a Mobile Software Engineer, I approach teaching with structure and clarity, breaking down complex ideas into easy-to-understand steps. My goal is to guide you on your path to fluency in French, no matter your current level.

About the lesson

My Approach to Tutoring:

My first step is to assess the student's current level of French and understand their specific goals. Do they want to focus on improving listening skills, writing, comprehension, pronunciation, or refining their accent?
Based on this assessment, I design each lesson to address their individual needs.
If the student has time, I also suggest personalized home exercises to help them practice and accelerate their progress.

My Qualifications and Experience:

* I am a native French speaker with 7 years of teaching experience in France.
* As a Mobile Software Engineer, I have a solid background in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and clear communication, which I apply to my teaching.
* Having lived in London for 3 years, I understand the challenges of learning and mastering a new language in a different country.
* My experience ranges from teaching children to tutoring adults, making me adaptable to different learning needs and styles.
