My name is Iza I am a certified Ayurveda Yoga teacher as well as a Ayurveda specialist. I teach Ayurveda to others in any part of there journey, my focus & commitment is to guide my students the way I have been guided. I love a no pressure class, very patient & kind. I enjoy sharing the knowledge & education I have received with others. I am here to help you along your journey no matter how far, I specialize in Ayurveda (mindfulness) including meditation, Doshas (the three energies were made of), Chakras, Chair & Restorative Yoga. I offer one on one classes & offer to make special flows for at home for any student. Hope to see you soon!

I feel comfortable with her classes and any questions I have she’s so knowledgeable. 10/10 highly recommend. She has a soft voice that’s perfect for Yoga! I’ve dozed off because I was so relaxed in one of the sound classes. She’s great!
Isabelle took the time to get to know my desires and goals. At which time she created a class that targeted all my problem areas. Boy did I feel it the next day. But after the second class I noticed an increase in flexibility and strength. Definitely recommend taking one of her classes maybe two.
