I like a participatory teaching style. I love engaging my students by setting specific pre-course tests that will aid them in familiarizing themselves with the learning objectives and the course content with keen aptness in ensuring that I maintain a positive feedback loop. I schedule my courses to blend with the learning threshold of my students while I use the graded approach to push up these thresholds - This helps me achieve the trio - assimilability, reproducibility, and independence/sustainability.
