About Jacob

I graduated from Oxford in 2016, and have also studied an MA in Religion at King's College London.

I have tutored since 2013, and full-time since 2017, having taught nearly 10,000 hours of lessons in total. I have taught at North Bridge House School in London.

I am also the founder of JPW Academy, a tuition company presently serving over 120 students.

My greatest expertise is in sociology, political theory, religion, and philosophical anthropology; my writings on these subjects have been published in The Critic, First Things, Spiked, and the Imaginative Conservative.

I also have extensive tutoring experience across the humanities including English Literature and Language, Politics, and History from GCSE to university level.

My teaching style is inspired by the Oxford tutorial system and relies on a pedagogy of dialogue and discussion.
