My teaching method is structured, safety-focused, and highly practical. Each lesson combines technique breakdown, real-water simulation, and step-by-step skill building. I emphasize breathing control, body positioning, and survival skills, not just swimming movements.

Typical Course Plan
Beginner phase: water adaptation, breathing training, floating, basic propulsion skills; skill development phase: freestyle and breaststroke fundamentals with body coordination; advanced phase: systematic training of four strokes (freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly) and endurance building; safety module: self-rescue skills, drowning prevention training, and emergency response techniques.

I combine multiple international teaching systems (USA, Germany, Australia) with certified professional training as a national sports instructor and lifeguard association member.
