About Alvieno
I’m Alvieno Stinson, Director of Real Estate Development at a Bronx-based nonprofit and founder of Polaris & Crux, an educational and development platform focused on affordable housing and regenerative urban projects. I’ve structured and modeled multi-million-dollar preservation and new-construction deals across New York and look forward to teaching students how to analyze and present their own projects with confidence. I hold two Master’s Degrees from Cornell University: - Master’s in Real Estate Development & Finance - Master’s in Urban & Regional Planning
