About Eric
I have a PhD in physics and over 10 years of experience teaching undergraduate and master's level courses. I love to teach because I love to learn. There is nothing like the thrill when some complex topic suddenly makes sense. I enjoy guiding my students to that same experience of discovering something new. As someone who has spent many hours (more than I would like to admit) struggling with physics, I understand many of the obstacles that students face when learning this difficult subject. As a result, I try to teach with patience and empathy.

Lessons available for all levels from high school through university (bachelor's). I have more than 10 years of experience teaching a wide variety of physics courses at the university level. In lessons with me you will learn by doing, not by watching. A typical lesson involves a brief high-level overview of the relevant concepts, followed by progressively more challenging examples. Since basic fluency in mathematics is essential when doing physics, we will pause to practice/review any mathematical stumbling blocks that are uncovered during each lesson.
