About Andrew
Hello, my name is Andrew. I have recently graduated from Harrow School as an academic scholar and finished my A-levels (Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Latin, Economics). I scored 90 in the MAT and I am also a UK Informatics team member, having represented the UK at the Western European Olympiad in Informatics 2025 and earned a silver medal (12th).

My lessons are for students who want to improve their performance in A-level Maths, Further Maths, Oxbridge Computer Science admissions and entrance tests (TMUA, MAT). Each session is carefully prepared and personalised to maximise the student's understanding and results so they can perform.
Having recently completed my A-levels and university admissions tests, I have a deeper understanding of what's required to than a lot of the teachers, who were educated under an older system.
Additionally, as a person who help out academically in a boarding school setting all the time, I will personally care for my students the same way as I have done for my peers and always think of ways to improve their understanding of the subject - as that is key to becoming a better mathematician and algorithmist.
This means that I will "stall" a student's progress if I deem that their fundamentals are weak. It is too often I see bright students who can't access higher-level thinking simply because they haven't covered their basics properly . Under my care, I will ensure the students understand exact mechanic with every topic, so that they can be malleable when solving problems.
If my service interests you, please send me a message and we can discuss what's most needed for you.
