About Luis
Graduated from UNAM, university advisor, I was a legislative advisor in the Senate of the Republic, I speak three languages, Italian, English and Arabic, a member of the Mexican society of electoral studies and currently I am a lawyer at the INE, with interest in the issues of Electoral Law, Human Rights and Constitutional Law.
