Welcome to AIRA Japanese Academy!

Learning a new language should be an exciting and rewarding experience. As a JLPT N5-certified Japanese tutor, I am passionate about helping beginners take their first steps towards learning Japanese with confidence.

My teaching approach is friendly, patient, and structured. I explain concepts in simple Tamil or English, depending on each student's preference, and provide personalized one-to-one online lessons that allow students to learn comfortably at their own pace.

From Japanese greetings and writing systems to basic vocabulary, grammar, and sentence formation, I focus on building a strong foundation through practical examples, guided exercises, revision, and regular practice. I also provide learning materials and foundational preparation for JLPT N5 and beginner-level NAT-TEST examinations.

Whether you are a school student, college student, working professional, or anime enthusiast, you are welcome to begin your Japanese-learning journey with me. No prior knowledge of Japanese is required!

About the lesson

At AIRA Japanese Academy, I teach Japanese from the basics in a simple, structured, and beginner-friendly way. My classes are personalised one-to-one online sessions with explanations in Tamil or English, depending on the learner's preference.

My teaching approach focuses on understanding rather than memorising. Students learn Japanese greetings, pronunciation, Hiragana, Katakana, basic vocabulary, sentence formation, and introductory grammar through clear explanations, practical examples, worksheets, and regular practice.

Each class begins with a quick revision of the previous lesson, followed by a new topic explained step by step. Students then practise through reading, writing, speaking exercises, and short activities. Every session ends with a recap and practice tasks to help reinforce learning.

As a beginner-level Japanese tutor with JLPT N5 certification, I aim to make learning comfortable, interactive, and easy to follow. I encourage students to ask questions, practise speaking without fear, and progress at their own pace. Study materials and personalised guidance help learners build a strong foundation.

My classes are suitable for school students, college students, working professionals, anime enthusiasts, and anyone interested in learning Japanese from scratch. I also provide foundational guidance for learners preparing for JLPT N5 and beginner-level NAT-TEST examinations.
