About Sean
PRODUCTION ART | ART DIRECTOR | GRAPHICS course for FILM & TV I have worked in the industry for over 25 years and have gained experience from the ground up as a props assistant and set dresser to my time in the art department working from the now extinct position of 3rd assistant art director to a 2nd and a 1st until ultimately earning an Emmy Award for outstanding Art Direction and then becoming a Production Designer. My understanding stems from working in all positions and in all budgets. My process begins where no one else's does. With a script. Breaking it down and starting a work list of visuals to be created by a production art department. You will experience what it is like to forge a graphics breakdown, learn budgeting and how to best approach the workload.
I will provide parameters, edit notes and guidance to complete tasks on impossible deadlines (if you're lucky).
This course approach is for anyone that is interested in breaking into the film/tv industry from the art department side but cannot find a department to jump into that would give them the confidence needed.
