About Kerrie
RN 1...trained back in the day "with Jesus" in a hospital! I have been in various senior nurse positions in Acute care hospitals in the past. I have also been involved in employing Nurses so I know what "they " are looking for. Academic quals include Nursing Degree, Training and Development, Nursing Management and Intensive Care. But in all honesty, all those letters after your name mean nothing if you can't actually apply it. No-one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.
