I am a student studying Physical education and food tech. So I know the importance of having a nutritional diet to keep you body and mind healthy. I am also studying a course called skills for life. I learn how to communicate and teach people my skills and other skills like health and fitness. I also have experience at food and craft fairs Selling my food.
