About Timilehin

I’m Mustapha Timilehin, a gymnastics, calisthenics & fitness coach
I’m a coach who grew up loving movement. Gymnastics taught me focus. Calisthenics taught me strength. Fitness taught me discipline. I teach because I don’t want anyone to feel "I can’t do it."
I want kids to burn their energy the right way and build confidence.
I want adults to get fit without expensive gyms.
I want our compound to be a place where we train together, grow together, and support each other.
This is more than exercise to me. It’s about building better people.

About the lesson

My class helps kids and adults build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence using just bodyweight.
Skills: Rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bar work, calisthenics basics
Every lesson includes warm-up, skill training, games, and cool-down in a safe, fun, and inclusive environment.
No equipment needed. All levels welcome!

My online gymnastics lessons are available as individual 45–60 minute sessions or as monthly training packages.
Single lesson: #5000 per session
4 lessons/month: #16, 000
8 lessons/month: #30, 000
Each package includes personalized coaching based on your level and goals. We can focus on gymnastics fundamentals, flexibility, strength, handstands, balance, floor skills, rings training, or general fitness.
I also offer 30 minutes trial lesson for new students who want to experience my coaching before choosing a regular package.
Lessons are conducted live online, and students can train from home with a suitable training space and basic equipment where available.
