My way of teaching is to make sure that I focus on the individual student and teach them perfectly.
I prefer going topic wise and make them learn in as simple form as possible.
I make sure that they are learning it well along with understanding and not just mugging them up.
I would take extra lessons at the time of the exams and give extra practice test to the students after each lesson.
I would arrange a PTM if necessary or if parents are concerned and would like to discuss regarding their child.
