About Yusra
My name is Yusra. I have just completed A Levels in Biology, Chemistry and Physics in London. This is my first time tutoring, but I do hope to do a good job of it and relay my sincere passion for Chemistry to my students! I would love to tutor at this time because my knowledge of chemistry is fresh in my mind. I have carried out wok experience in a hospital in Sylhet, Bangladesh, working in emergency medicine, paediatric and surgery departments. I have also done work experience in a school for disabled children where I worked with deaf and autistic children, assisting their lessons and just spending time with them.

I would love to keep my lessons as active as possible. We can learn a little in every lesson, but we’ll use active methods and problem solving techniques to keep whatever knowledge we learn fresh in our minds from lesson to lesson! I like to use active recall techniques and plenty of exam question and problem solving methods with my students to ensure they understand the topic clearly and never forget what they learn!
