About Mansoor
I'm a UX Consultant and Product Experience Designer with over 27 years of experience creating user-centered digital products. Throughout my career, I've worked with businesses to solve complex design challenges, improve customer experiences, and turn ideas into successful products.
I believe great UX is about understanding people, asking the right questions, and solving the right problems—not just creating attractive screens. After spending decades in the industry, I enjoy sharing the practical knowledge, decision-making process, and lessons that only real project experience can provide.
My goal is to help aspiring designers avoid common mistakes, build confidence, think strategically, and develop skills that employers genuinely value. Whether you're taking your first steps into UX or looking to grow into a senior role, I'm committed to providing honest guidance, constructive feedback, and personalized mentoring.
Teaching is my way of giving back to the UX community by helping the next generation of designers build meaningful, rewarding careers based on strong fundamentals and real-world practice.

My teaching goes beyond UX tools and theory. I focus on helping students develop the mindset and problem-solving skills of successful UX professionals. Every concept is explained using real-world examples, practical exercises, and insights gained from over 27 years of consulting on digital products.
A typical class begins with understanding a real user or business problem, followed by learning the relevant UX concepts, applying them through guided activities, and reviewing the work together. Students receive constructive feedback, practical techniques, and industry best practices they can immediately apply.
My strength as a mentor is connecting UX principles with real business outcomes. I help students understand not only *how* to design, but *why* certain design decisions succeed or fail. Classes are interactive, personalized, and adapted to each student's goals, whether that is learning UX from scratch, improving an existing portfolio, preparing for interviews, or advancing to senior UX roles.
Classes are suitable for college students, working professionals, UI designers transitioning into UX, product managers, entrepreneurs, and anyone interested in building user-centered digital products. Beginners are welcome, and experienced designers can benefit from advanced mentoring on UX strategy, product thinking, and design leadership.
