About Elise

About Me:

I offer a pretty unique perspective: I was born in England, raised in France, and educated there through to my Master’s in Communication Strategy. By day, I’m a creative Art Director, which means my entire career is built around the art of storytelling, visual culture, and effective communication.

Because I completely straddle both British and French cultures, I don’t just teach the mechanics of the language—I teach the nuance, the rhythm, and the cultural context behind it.

Why I Teach:

For me, language isn’t about memorising stiff textbook rules; it’s a living, breathing tool for connection.

I’m stepping into teaching because I want to help students fast-track their confidence. Whether you are a fellow creative looking to navigate international industries, a professional prepping for a pitch, or someone who simply wants to speak natural, authentic French without sounding like a translation app—I’m here to make that transition seamless and engaging.
