About Trisha

Hi, I’m Trisha! I really enjoy working with people and creating a space where learning feels fun. I want my classes to feel less like formal lessons and more like a place where you can ask questions freely and enjoy improving.
I’m very patient, supportive and invested in my students. For me, progress comes when students feel comfortable and understood.
Whether you want help strengthening your English, becoming a more confident speaker or simply learning in a positive environment, I’d love to help and make the process enjoyable for you.

About the lesson

I like teaching in a way that feels comfortable rather than overly formal. For me, learning English is about building confidence in the spoken word, expressing yourself well and enjoying the process.
I usually tailor classes to what each student needs. Depending on their goals, we can work on spoken English, writing, reading comprehension, storytelling, public speaking or even schoolwork support. I like using conversation and creative activities rather than just drilling information, because I think people learn best when they’re actively involved.
A typical class would usually include some discussion or speaking practice, focused work on a particular skill, and feedback throughout so students know how they’re improving. For students interested in speaking or elocution, I can also help with pronunciation, voice modulation and confidence.
Something I bring as a teacher is my own experience is that I’ve always loved English, writing and speaking, have Trinity distinctions in spoken English, and have grown up participating in (and winning) speaking competitions and elocutions. Since I’ve genuinely enjoyed these things myself, I try to make my classes engaging and encouraging rather than intimidating.
My classes are mainly for school students, younger learners and anyone looking to improve their English or confidence in speaking. Whether someone wants help academically, wants to become a better speaker, or just wants to feel more comfortable expressing themselves, I’d love to help.
