About Melve Faith

Hello! I’m Melve Faith, a Licensed Professional Teacher from the Philippines with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education major in Mathematics. I have more than one year of experience teaching English online to students from different backgrounds and learning levels.

As a teacher, I am patient, friendly, and supportive. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching style according to their needs, level, and learning pace. I create a comfortable and positive classroom where students can ask questions, make mistakes, and practice English without feeling afraid or embarrassed.

In my lessons, I focus on practical communication, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, grammar, and speaking confidence. I use engaging questions, examples, visual materials, and real-life situations to make lessons easier to understand and more enjoyable.

Whether you are a beginner learning your first English sentences, an intermediate learner who wants to improve your speaking skills, or an advanced student who wants more practice and confidence, I am here to support you.

My goal is not only to teach English but also to help you become confident in using it. I look forward to learning and growing with you in every lesson!

About the lesson

My teaching approach is patient, friendly, and student-centered. As a Licensed Professional Teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education major in Mathematics and more than one year of online ESL teaching experience, I believe that students learn best when they feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to participate.

I use a combination of conversation practice, guided questions, visual materials, repetition, pronunciation practice, vocabulary building, and real-life examples. I adjust my teaching style based on each student’s level, learning pace, personality, and goals. For beginners, I use simple words, gestures, pictures, and clear explanations. For intermediate and advanced learners, I encourage more conversation, deeper discussions, and practical communication.

A typical lesson begins with a friendly greeting and a short warm-up conversation. We then introduce the lesson topic and review important vocabulary or expressions. After that, I guide the student through examples and activities, followed by speaking practice where the student can use what they have learned. I provide gentle corrections and encouragement throughout the lesson. At the end, we review the key points and practice a few questions or sentences to help the student remember the lesson.

What sets me apart is my ability to create a comfortable learning environment where students are not afraid of making mistakes. I want my students to feel that English class is not just about answering questions or memorizing words—it is an opportunity to communicate, express themselves, and build confidence. I also bring my experience as a Mathematics teacher, which helps me explain concepts step by step and make challenging topics easier to understand.

My lessons are suitable for children, teenagers, and adults, from beginner to advanced levels. I can help students improve their speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, reading comprehension, grammar, and everyday English communication. I also welcome students who are shy, have limited vocabulary, need extra practice, or simply want to become more confident English speakers.

My goal is simple: to help every student learn English at their own pace, enjoy the learning process, and become a more confident communicator.
