I am an English instructor who is really fond of teaching .I have been teaching English for about 24 years in language institutes and privately as well. I have taught in universities since I got my masters 14 years ago.

I pick eclectic method for teaching English due to needs analysis of my students and the age criteria. Basically, the method should be communicative since language is a means of communication and 4 skills of language are highlighted. Besides methodology, good rapport between the teacher and the student should be noticed in order to give positive reinforcement in the process of learning. The very first step in teaching is a good presentation of the lesson via realia followed by practising chorally, in pairs and individually. In the end for evaluation students should be sble to use the language in real condition.
