About Avinash
Currently, I am working as a Spoken English Trainer in Uttam(Bharat) Electricals Pvt. Ltd in Jaipur. It is however, a transformer industry but I am training employees for English so that they could communicate easily to clients and also they would draft a correct e mail, do communication currently, which is required for day to day life. As far as my qualification is concerned, I am an MBA from Amity University, Rajasthan and I have also done some certified courses in computer and English. I have done Spoken English, Soft Skills and Voice n Accent from Vikalp Institute, Jaipur. I have also done Spoken English, Communicate Fast course from C.E.G. (Center of Electronic Governance), Jaipur through which I had got a placement in Genpact, Jaipur. I have worked there for 4 years. I have good experience in teaching Spoken English, Computer Basics to young professionals , housewives and children. Currently, I am also teaching online Scratch and Python Basics to a 4th Standard student in U.A.E. Moreover, I did course of Educator Training from Parenstor Education in 2014. I had learnt there how to actually educate student so that they may take interest in studies and implement different techniques in their real life.

If I teach online, I teach through Skype Chat. I share my screen with the students so that they could easily get knowledge from me. In Uttam (Bharat) Electricals, I am using my laptop and a projector in a training room to train the employees. For that, I have prepared more than 150 slides in PowerPoint which contain English Grammar, communication, letter drafting etc. I have also uploaded a few videos in youtube. I also conduct class activities of different kinds which could make the class more interactive and interesting.
