I am a conscious student that minds what we consume daily, while nonetheless maintaining a healthy lifestyle that excludes over-consuming. Promoting mindful eating as an approach to food that focuses on individuals' sensual awareness of the food and their experience of the food.

About the lesson

My teaching methods are providing an ingredient list and recording the benefits of each ingredient. Explaining the step-by-step process of cooking.
All easy to cook-at-home recipes that used easy-to-find pantry items.
Food is a universal language we all enjoy.
