About Syed

Hello! My name is Syed, and I am a qualified MBBS doctor with a passion for teaching Biology and Medical Sciences. Alongside my medical career, I have accumulated over 4 years of teaching experience, helping students understand complex scientific concepts in a clear, engaging, and exam-focused way.

I have successfully completed USMLE Step 1, USMLE Step 2, and PLAB 1, which has given me a strong foundation in basic and clinical medical sciences. In addition, I have 2 years of clinical experience working with patients, allowing me to connect theoretical knowledge with real-world medical practice.

I teach Biology, Human Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, and other medical science subjects to GCSE, A* Level, pre-medical. My teaching approach focuses on building strong conceptual understanding rather than rote memorisation. I break down difficult topics into simple explanations, use diagrams and clinical examples, and tailor lessons to each student's individual learning style.

Over the years, I have worked with students from different academic backgrounds and understand that every learner has unique strengths and challenges. Whether you are aiming to improve your grades, prepare for examinations, strengthen your scientific foundation, or pursue a career in healthcare, I will work with you to create a structured and supportive learning environment.

Having gone through demanding medical examinations myself, I understand the importance of effective study techniques, exam strategy, and confidence-building. My goal is not only to help students achieve academic success but also to develop a genuine understanding and appreciation of the subject.

About the lesson

As an MBBS doctor with 2 years of clinical experience, I bring real-world medical knowledge into my teaching. Having completed USMLE Step 1, USMLE Step 2, and PLAB 1, I understand the challenges students face when learning biology and medical sciences. My aim is to simplify difficult concepts and help students develop confidence in their understanding.

I offer online lessons in Biology, Physiology, and related medical subjects for GCSE, A-Level. Each lesson is personalised, interactive, and focused on understanding rather than memorisation.
