About Dave
Dave is an Organizational Development, Talent Management, Training Consultant, Executive Coach/Tutor and Certified Master Trainer with 25+ years international experience at a senior strategic, middle management and operational level. A naturalized British citizen of American origin and a former intern with the late Dr. W. Edwards Deming, he infuses TQM (Total Quality Management) thinking and practice into 20+ years of management and leadership consulting and training experience in over 25 countries. All my training and coaching is based on the opinion - if you can use it on the job then it isn't worth much. If you don't or can't use it, you lose it. I use a four-stage learning process where individuals learn through a cycle of: 1. concrete experience; 2. reflective observation; 3. abstract conceptualization; 4. active experimentation. It involves having an experience, reflecting on what happened, forming general ideas from that reflection, and then applying those ideas in new situations. All of my material and coaching is based on the applied learning model. My lessons and coaching sessions are designed for aspiring middle and upper managers/leaders with a heart for investing in people and a Servant Leadership style. I have successfully used this approach, method and engaged style with nearly 15,000 managers in 25 countries in all types and sizes of organizations.
