All payments in advance of commencing any coaching
For Packages are subject to a 50% refund if cancelled prior to the 2nd scheduled session following the first, no-fee session. No refunds thereafter.
For individual sessions: 24 hour notice of cancellation for scheduled coaching sessions. First late cancellation at no charge, thereafter, full rate will be applied
