About Callum
I am currently a university student studying law, however I have studied Mathematics, Biology and Geography at A-Levels and have a profound understanding of the subjects and I was able to achieve grades 7-9 in these subjects in my GCSEs. I have previous tutoring experience, with additional experience in tutoring for my Secondary Schools’ EAL department, during which I had tutored Maths, Combined Science and Geography to students from years 8-11.

When it comes to tutoring I try to adapt each session individually to the student as each person has their own unique style of learning, I apply different techniques to ensure that the student is comfortable. Primarily my sessions include going over content, trying to understand their strengths and areas that need support. From that I will adapt the rest of the lesson to go over the areas that need support by giving examples and explanations and then test them by giving them questions to enhance their understanding including essay writing, problem solving, information recall, multiple choice and other methods to enable them to utilise the skills needed when taking exams.
