About John
I have been a practicing lawyer for over 20 years, with three state law licenses, including California, as well as numerous federal bar licenses, including the United States Supreme Court. I have never been reprimanded, censured, or otherwise disciplined by any authority. I have not had so much as a bar complaint in all that time. I currently work as a partner in a complex litigation firm, and I also teach graduate students online. I am very experienced working with students of all levels and backgrounds, and I get excellent reviews from my students.

I have been a practicing lawyer for over 20 years, and I have taught graduate and undergraduate students for over 10. I hold three law degrees, a J.D., an LL.M., and a J.S.D. I regularly publish bar journal articles as well as law review articles. I am currently tutoring students in law classes, including constitutional law, tort law, appellate advocacy, trial advocacy, civil procedure, evidence, civil rights, and evidence.
