About Danielle
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Public Law and American Politics. I minored in History focusing on the American history, the Cold War, and Modern History, including but not limited to justice systems and history of law. My personal passion is education law and my undergraduate research was focused on Title IX, administrative law, and restorative justice systems as an alternative to our current system. My mom is a middle school teacher and has given me a passion for furthering my education and assisting others in doing so, as well.

My teaching approach is founded on passion and critical thinking. Contrary to the idea that if a student "isn't passionate they won't do well", I believe that a student can learn to be passionate about subjects in which they struggle. I find that by asking students questions that get to the center of the subject and asking them to think critically, they can engage with material in a way that they have not considered doing so. I believe that an education should be fun, something to be proud of, and teach you more about yourself and the place one has in the world.
