About Maryam
I am a current Law student at Cambridge University who truly misses her time studying English Literature! I would love the chance to return to some of the old texts that I loved and help you out in studying them and doing well in your examinations. I would also love to tutor 11+ pupils, having been through the 11+ myself and attending the top North West independent school of the decade.

1-2 hour sessions available.
Focus is on practice papers for 11+ pupils.
For GCSE and A-Level pupils, focus is on exploring the key themes of the text pupils are studying (Lord of the Flies, Power and Conflict Poetry, Macbeth, A Christmas Carol, Othello, Death of a Salesman, Keats' Poetry, Blake's Songs of Innocence and Experience, The Kite Runner, The Handmaid's Tale). Essay planning and practice also covered.
Achieved a 9 in GCSE English Literature and an A* at A Level.
As a recent student, I have the skills to empathise and support current pupils in a more personal manner.
