About John
I started learning Spanish to accomplish a GCSE and in a year of one to one tuition, I attained near fluency, as well as an A* grade in GCSE Spanish. I since have attained an A Level and have since completed a Joint Honours Law and Spanish degree at Swansea University. I have visited Spain a number of times, and spent a year living in Madrid, studying Law and Business taught and examined in Spanish. Because of this, I am now completely bilingual.
In regards to teaching, I have extensive experience in a number of education settings. I have worked as a Teaching Assistant in all school levels, and I am a Cheerleading Coach. During my time in Madrid, I worked as an English Tutor, teaching children aged 5-16. I also offered Private Tuition before university.

Lessons are varied and can be adapted for each individual student. Basic layout consists of a combination of exercises as well as conversations with me to enhance use and confidence with the language. If specific goals are required my teaching style can be adapted upon request. I will also provide challenges for students to attempt between lessons, to ensure that they continue to progress and have the chance to excel.
