About Holi
My name is Holi and I have worked with children for over 14 years in various settings. I am a homeschooling mother to 3 children, so I am teaching, and learning, every single day! I have 2 degrees, one in Law and the other in Arts, and my major is philosophy. I love to think outside the box, and I love to write essays that articulate these thoughts. I am extremely passionate about education, not just in the classroom, but in life. And I love to focus on how the things we learn are relevant to the lives we lead. I want every child to know that learning is a lifelong, beautiful journey, and not just something we have to do at school.

My lessons run for 1 hour. I focus on developing personal interest for the subject, and developing individualised methods for remembering important information. However, I think understanding concepts at a deep level is foundational to success, rather than just memorisation. That’s why I invite all questions, at any time. I strive to make learning fun and enjoyable, rather than a chore.
